1. Acceptance. By downloading or playing WordAmen you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. License. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play WordAmen on devices you own, for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Virtual items. Coins and hints are virtual items with no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for money, are not refundable, and may be adjusted, reset, or discontinued as part of game updates.
4. Ads and purchases. The app is free and supported by advertising. Some optional rewards are granted for voluntarily watching ads. A one-time "Remove Ads" purchase disables banner and full-screen ads; optional rewarded ads remain available. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms.
5. Scripture content. Bible text is drawn from the King James Version, which is in the public domain. The app is an independent game and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any church or denomination.
6. Fair use. You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the app or its content, and not to use cheats or automation tools.
7. Availability. We may update, change, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time without notice. We are not liable for loss of progress, coins, or availability.
8. Disclaimer. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
